aws-mcp: Deploy MCP servers to AgentCore Runtime #2327

Describe the feature
Repository provides a great starting point for AWS MCP servers, but lacks automation for deploying MCP servers to customer accounts using AgentCore Runtime. Ideal customer need would be to provide "Deploy MCP" server banner along with Install on VS Code/ Cursor/ Kiro.
Use Case
Clicking the "Deploy MCP" server banner will open AWS CloudFormation console and deploy the MCP server to Runtime with customer provided values for VPC, Authorization, etc.
