(openapi-mcp-server): Add support for streamable-http

Describe the feature

Add support for mcp access using streamable-http implementation to enable deploying it remotely. Currently, it only support STDIO and hence needs to be deployed locally.

Use Case

We want to use the openapi mcp server to host the mcp for the API's and it needs to be deployed on the Kubernetes cluster instead of the local docker desktop.
