During the CMake build, using PALACE_WITH_STRUMPACK=ON, PALACE_WITH_STRUMPACK_BUTTERFLYPACK=ON, the ButterflyPACK patch step fails:

Is there a recommended workaround other than disabling ButterflyPACK entirely?
