Feature request: PostgreSQL connector

### Use case

Using RDS Aurora PostgreSQL as a vector database.

### Solution/User Experience

I'd like to use Aurora PostgreSQL w/ `pg_vector` for storage.

This is also a supported storage backend fro Bedrock KB, by the way.
