Would s2n-bignum be willing/able to create a version tag on github? For some context I'm upstreaming a meson wrap for this package to mesons wrapdb in this pull request. This is part of my work to upstream wraps for AWS-LC and the aws-sdk-cpp. As part of mesons policy they don't accept any packages without a versioned release. From what I can tell this package makes no promises about backwards compatibility so would it make sense to tag a version like 0.0.1 and ocassionally increment the patch version? If a PR to add a git workflow to automate this would be welcome please let me know and I would be happy to contribute it. Thank you
