Add trace info to SES messages

Describe the solution you'd like
Add trace id and span id to SES messages via headers so ses events (bounces, rejects etc) can be traced back to the original request

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is already a Message-ID but could be preferred to use springs observabilty standards
