Makefile installs obsolete script instead of the new/improved version

SCRIPTS is defined to include fiologparser_hist.py instead of fio-histo-log-pctiles.py which I believe replaced it. So the former gets installed in /usr/local/bin with a make install while the latter is nowhere to be found. Is there any reason to keep fiologpraser_hist.py in the tree? Also, the Makefile installs the fiologparser_hist.py manpage as well, which it probably shouldn't/
