The Usage section does not help

I was looking to see how to use this API and I am clueless. I looked at the usage section and it was not helpful at all. I even tried copying and pasting the URl https://chatgpt-api.shn.hk/v1/ to start with and it said 'Not found'.

So, is there any documentation about how to use to setup and use this API?
