Suspending neovim will cause it to stuck forever

How to reproduce the issue

After Ctrl z to suspend neovim, at most time it seems to be stuck forever.

Expected behavior

Normally back to terminal.

Can't repro on my wsl based on your provided info.

but i think this is an upstream issue since my WSLg app will also freezed from time to time recently.
might need to investigate further.

correct me if im wrong but p sure one of my friends ran into this before and there's an open issue on the neovim repo abt it (look for smth like win tui support :suspend). basically the root cause is windows TUI is built differently and it's way outta our hands to fix, so the only "fix" rn is literally to just not use it (ik not a real "fix" but there's no reliable way to make it work afaik)

i'm thinking this might have sth to do with swapfile in lua/core/optioins.lua.
can u try set it to false and let us know the result?
