Who I am

I ship AI-native products and AI agents (voice, chat, automation). I work from JTBD → PRD → go-to-market and care about RAG, fine-tuning, and evals so AI features are reliable and measurable. I’m the founder of an AI product (NovaStaris) and I build voice/chat agents in my day job (Enercare). I’m looking for an AI Product Manager role where I can own the full lifecycle of AI products or agent experiences.

Portfolio

1. NovaStaris (novastaris.ai) — Founder & AI PM

What it is: AI-powered crypto discovery and analysis platform (Solana, BSC, crypto futures). Users get viral scores, AI chart analysis, wallet tracking, and an automated Crypto Futures Trading Bot in one place.

What I did:

  • JTBD: Documented jobs for discovery, wallet tracking, watchlist, futures, and trading; drove roadmap from “When … I want to … so that ….”
  • PRD & GTM: Full product lifecycle for Pro/VIP tiers; launched AI analysis, Crypto Futures workflow, Wallet Tracker, CT Scan, Coach Calls + Telegram Signals.
  • AI agents: Shipped agents for analysis (viral scoring, chart analysis) and trading (bot + AI monitor); defined behavior, guardrails, and quality criteria. Used RAG, fine-tuning, and evals in specs.
  • Stack: Claude, Cursor, Vercel, Bit, Next.js, AI APIs — built and iterated with modern AI tooling.

Takeaway: I can own 0→1 AI product: strategy, JTBD, PRD, GTM, and shipping agents with clear quality bar.

2. Voice & Chat Agents at Enercare — Senior Product Owner

What it is: Conversational AI for customer-facing calls and chat, replacing failing legacy AI systems. Production deployment for a large utility (1/5 of Ontario homes).

What I did:

  • Built and shipped voice agents and chat agents using N8N and Vapi — from product design through to live production.
  • Wrote PRDs and technical specs; defined requirements and quality criteria for conversational AI.
  • Owned stakeholder alignment and rollout; replaced previous AI call system with N8N workflow automation and Vapi-powered agents.

Takeaway: I ship production AI agents (voice + chat) in an enterprise context and can do the same for your product.

  • AI/LLM: RAG, fine-tuning, evals (LLM evaluation), AI agent quality and guardrails.
  • Tools: Claude, Cursor, N8N, Vapi, OpenAI APIs, Figma, Vercel, Bit, JIRA, Confluence.
