FATAL ERROR with PINE A64-LTS

I am trying Flashing to eMMC using FEL method with my PINE A64-LTS board.
It gives me a "fatal error" after "make pine64_ums" command.
the error message:

No package 'libusb-1.0' found

did you install dev like https://linux-sunxi.org/Sunxi-tools#Building
