Device hangs randomly on R77-12371.7.104.g78f88d6

I wanted to report that on the latest (september 2019) release the device hangs randomly.
I could guess it's GPU related since it happens mostly when watching youtube videos, but I cannot really say for sure as it completely freeze and I don't know how to get a log from it.
When it hangs while watching youtube videos, the last second that was played keeps looping in the speakers
