Trackpad become unresponsive after SteamOS 3.7 updated

Hey, as per titles , the trackpad become very unresponsive, after close the SD tools it become back to normal, hope someone can help to solve it.

Same here. Trackpad cannot function normally. And the xbox360 gamepad mode in game was even be bothered by the trackpad issue.
Grateful if someone can solve out this issue…

This is for windows why would you use this on Linux?

It’s not that it breaks Steam Deck Tools on Linux, it’s that the latest SteamOS updates updates the firmware and messes up Steam Deck Tools Controller on Windows.

Same issue here. The issue is on the right trackpad. The left one works perfectly

Same issue on my SteamDeck LCD, I found a temporary work around by disabling Lizard Mode for the mouse in the debug version of SDT but have to set that every time I boot it into windows.

How/where do you get the debugging version? Is it the "develop" branch, and did you compile it yourself?

When you go onto the current release the debug version is one of the options you can download.

It worked for me. I downloaded the 0.7.3 debug version, made a backup of the Steam Deck folder (because I´m unsure if just copying some files works), and replaced the entire folder. After that, I ran every app, and inside the settings options of the Steam Controller app, I set Lizard mouse mode to false.
