Hello. Trying to compile the Demo, but it from the version of Preferences that is brought in by the NetWizard library, it throws an For ESP32 devices, please use the native Preferences library error during compile.

Using VSCode with platform = https://github.com/pioarduino/platform-espressif32/releases/download/53.03.11/platform-espressif32.zip
Target is esp32-s3-devkitc-1

Where do I modify things so the arduino-esp32 version of Preferences is used?

Adding these in platformio.ini should fix the dependency compatibility checks:

lib_compat_mode = strict
lib_ldf_mode = deep   ; This line may or may not be neccessary depending on your project
