Quest Free Your Mind not working

Current Behaviour

In the Free Your Mind (12893) quest, it is impossible to kill the quest targets. They don't die. This blocks the further quest chain. When the quest monster dies, it gets full life and goes to the spawn site. You can't hit him again.

Expected Behaviour

The quest must be completed, three targets must die, and a quest item must be used on their corpses.

1. Take the quest
2. Try to kill the monster.
3. When the quest monster dies, it gets full life, goes to the spawn site, and so on. You can't hit him again
