[Molten Core] - Ragnaros doesn't use "Ragnaros Emerge"

Triage Notes:

Defined: https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk/blob/master/src/server/scripts/EasternKingdoms/BlackrockMountain/MoltenCore/boss_ragnaros.cpp#L48C5-L48C20
but never used, intial before combat starts sshould be used and afte reach submerge phase.

Also this might be the reason why this issue: #23169 happens and maybe this spell is the only thing that might update Ragnaros to not appear unknown (blizzard way to do it?)

I would still need sniffs to validate if this spell is casted in the way above as we have it set but never used.
