Hole position for MCU

The hole opening position of the MCU is somewhat misaligned, resulting in the inability to directly solder it to the positive electrode pad of the XIAO BLE battery. Currently, the hole opening is aligned with the negative electrode pad.

Here are 2 footprints: upper one is from the TOTEMX, bottom one is from the original TOTEM. BAT+ (19) pads are at the same place.

How does battery pads at the back of the Seeed Xiao connects to the pcb for the wireless build? If we just connect BAT + on the back side, it will work?

Yes, this will work. It's the same schema as of the original TOTEM by GEIGEIGEIST.
You should solder the GND (BT-) and VBAT (BT+).
