@thanhph111 What's the primary bottleneck behind the slow operations of our current implementation of the powershell cmdlets? is it powershell itself or the way python executes it?

I'm pretty sure the bottleneck is with PowerShell, our Linux approach also uses a Python subprocess to run the binary but it's not as slow as it is on Windows. It could be due to the way PowerShell works.

BTW, should we move this to a new discussion for better follow up?
