~50% performance gain? #284

Hi,

I have just removed from nn-cpu-ops.cpp 'batchSize == 1u || ' and it seems to have huge performance gain. I use AVX2. I have tested it on 4*i5-6500 with 1G LAN, N100 and also, on a 12th gen i5 cpu. All show better performance.
