Offline Support

I think it would be great if babeljs.io would be offline first. The other day I was without internet and could not read through the docs. I've seen that the website is running on a SSL connection, which is necessary for ServiceWorkers to run.

DevDocs just added a Babel section scraped from https://babeljs.io/docs/*. You can go to devdocs.io/offline to save it for offline access.
