Add option to filter implementations (feature request)

Tool is working great at the moment - I would just like to have an option to filter which implementation(s) I would like to check as I'm not interested in working with all 30+ of them.

Since this would require per implementation settings anyway, it would be nice if it was extended to be able to submit options to them, e.g. to toggle extensions.
