我研究了一下，目前涉及编译的包应该只有ctc_segmentation 我装完之后打了一个whl出来 python3.7环境可用 不过我估计别的版本也一样用。用户装这个就不用装VS了，还有别的包需要编译的话也可以留言，我在这给你编译出来win的whl包
（下为zip包 解压即得whl文件）
