Tutorial - Log Processing

Introduce a new tutorial section, and add log processing related tutorials based on this recent demo https://github.com/bacalhau-project/examples/tree/main/log-processing

One option is to have a single doc page that covers the whole tutorial, similar to how the demo is written, or alternatively break it into multiple docs focusing on specific scenarios, such as how the blog posts were written:
