Send email to Site Email Address

Form submissions can be emailed to either a custom email address, or to an email address provided in the webform (component). I'd like to request the addition of an option that allows sending an email to the site's email address. Currently it can be entered as a custom email address, but then it needs to be updated manually whenever the site email address changes...

I'm not sure about this, the site-mail address is a FROM address, and usually it's something like no-reply@mywebsite.com. (In fact, all new Backdrop installations set it to no-reply@ by default). It's not safe to assume we can send anything TO this address.
