Hiring Freelance Dev to port Media WYWISYG module from D7

I need to find a dev (for hire, not free) who can quote a Backdrop version of the Drupal 7 Media WYSIWYG module. A lot of media functionality is now in Backdrop core, so I'd need to just have the parts developed that don't yet exist for inserting files into texareas via a wysiwyg. Generally this includes:

• An editor button in CKEditor 5
• A Backdrop form to create a file entity, including file entity fields, loaded in dialog
• Make a token out of fid, with additional file field info and insert it into the body (in the same format as D7)
• A filter to convert the token to an embedded file on display

Hoping to find someone who can take on this port for me. Please let me know!
