Backup-Job log very slow and design could be better

Showing the Backup-Log of a job is very slow and also the design of the log view could be better.

We should check if database query is so slow or something in UI

ui should be faster when debugging is turned off.

or getting rid of all those dynamic and (for the user) not really useful log messages would reduce the log dramatically.

possible solutions (IMHO):

• api response pagination
• get rid of all those "dynamic" log messages (should already be gone anyways)

Restrict log to important messages: Start of job, start of download/indexing/.., error messages or success of job.
