Curious if there's any desire to implement some flag in this repository to 'opt-in' to automatic creation of version bump PRs for the latest Backstage version?
I am guessing the flag could be implemented per workspace via something simple like checking for the existence of a specially named file (.versionbump). Or a similar solution like a list of the opted-in workspaces?
We do hit rate limiting issues so we may need to adjust some logic to throttle the action in some way before this is possible.
Based on prior feedback we may also want the trigger to occur on Backstage release +n days. The rationale being that sometimes quick patch releases follow the main .0 Backstage release, so we might want to wait a little.
