How should the Windows service be configured?

I just installed the package and when trying to start the RsyncServer I only get error 1067.
When looking at how the service is set up, I see that it only calls the executable C:\rsyncd\bin\cygrunsrv.exe, but has no parameters to start the rsync daemon. 
I did not see any details on the service set up in the docs. 
What am I missing or is this a bug?
