[Feature]: Button to re-center the user's view to their Flow

Feature Proposal

A button that will move the user to the center of their Flow. The window should resize appropriately to fit the entire Flow in the re-centered window.

Example

If the user accidentally scrolls too far out of view of their Flow, the user could use this feature to re-center their view to the Flow.

Additional context

Possible issues -- if the user has multiple disconnected nodes or even multiple disconnected graphs within their Flow, the function to figure out the window coordinates to re-center to might get tricky.
Also, may want to consider adding a maximum window coordinate size so that users don't get an extremely zoomed-out view if they have a large Flow.

I currently have this function implemented for when a user opens up a flow. Shouldn't be hard to make it a button.

I think this is included with the react flow library by adding the tag, and these buttons should appear in the bottom left
