[Feature]: non-course nodes

Feature Proposal

• Nodes that are for Quantitative Reasoning (QR) or Capstone Certificate or any other non-course labels.
• they should be displayed with some sort of acronyms such as QR or CC etc...
• When you double click on these nodes, it will obviously display a new type popup (ie, without the autofill prereq button or the prerequisite test box
• the description should be a short description of what it means

So this would either result in a new custom node that is generated with a new function since the original generate node function will likely throw a bunch of errors.

And the popup when you double click on the node will be a new component or be conditionally rendered in the old component.
