Feature Proposal

Both guests and registered users should have access to a basic guide or tutorial that explains what the course colors/edge types mean at the very least. Ideally, the UI will be intuitive enough that most users won't need the guide, but a brief interactive demo (or even a static page) that shows users the basic features could be useful.

Example

The tutorial/guide would accessible from the graph page. If the tutorial is interactive, it will bring users to a blank graph page where pop-ups appear giving directions, and progress is blocked until users follow those directions. Otherwise, the tutorial page can be a simple non-interactive guide that includes screenshots and text.
