Traffic lights at each end of these sections work as a pair, and a selectable 'tandem' mode could be beneficial
when high inflow or outflow is expected.
(example: junction->parking and junction->gate get green when road->junction gets green)

Should probably result in a project requirement describing the amount of devices to manufacture and a project requirement describing the software interaction between the different pairs of lights

There are currently 6 units consisting of:

• housing (disassembled 3-light traffic light units made by Peek, Netherlands).
• a custom WS2812-based LED panel.
• front cover, currently lacking a window.
• shadow hood

This can cover the six locations mentioned but leaves no room for further expansion if needs arise. There are also no spare housings; a spare LED panel is available. Any future expansion would likely be based on different housings (simply because of what's available as surplus/second-hand) requiring a modified or newly designed LED panel to fit the housing, but the electronics can be the same as the current ones.
