锚点导航添加style设置高度100%后，锚点效果失效

这个不是问题，因为父级的height是auto，所以导致所有的父级都被撑开了。如果要设置height为100%的话，需要将导航改为绝对定位，这样父级才能计算出有效的高度

不对，应该让 瞄点部分的定位是 sticky 的，这样，即便是撑开了，也可以点到，让最外层的 body 滚动到对应位置。
