Claimable incentive section

I think it will be better to remove this claimable incentives section to be active when there is no liquidity being staked on the balancer by a user.

It remains active even if the user stakes the LP on Aura and the user can't claim the incentive of Aura from the balancer or even if there is no liquidity provided at all on the platform.
