Document what the options parameter to many functions is

Many of the functions in the SDK support an options parameter, but no where is documented on the SDK documentation website. It should have a lot of the information from this blog post - https://blog.balena.io/balena-python-sdk-v13/. That cleared a lot of things up for me but was really hard to find.
