Getting complete Failures on starting the application RPI4

I am getting the same exact error on my RPI4 64 bit. After restarting NetworkManager and removing any other hotspots using nmcli it worked once. I'm trying to use a wrapper function to control when to use WiFi-connect and I get this error 50-75% of the time 🙃.
