Strict MIME type issues with IIS (and IIS Express)

I'm running into MIME type issues running this extension in Firefox.

It looks like it was fixed in this commit: b48369d

Any idea when this is going to be released?

For those who is having this issue, modify the content-type of the response js file with the help of custom middleware..
