Only one motor responding while launching controller check launch file and it keeps spinning

While launching the controller check file, only one motor responds while inputting i using rostopic keyboard. I haven't connected the RPLiDAR. Tried swapping the motors and swapping arduino nano but nothing seems to work. Please help me out
