Cannot add new projects (fails with "Broken pipe")

When trying to add a new project at http://homu.io/n/, I get the error

```
Database error: IoError(Error { repr: Os { code: 32, message: "Broken pipe" } })
```

This happens every time, regardless of which project I try and add.
