NetworkError: Failed to execute 'importScripts' on 'WorkerGlobalScope': calcfilehash.js failed to load

When I click on the file info icon I get this error:

NetworkError: Failed to execute 'importScripts' on 'WorkerGlobalScope': The script at 'http://mywebsite.com/admin/js/worker/calcfilehash.js' failed to load.

I mean, I can fix the error easily enough by creating that file at the appropriate location but I feel like I shouldn't have to.
