Weekly calendar linking incorrect

When I click on the calendar for wk 32, the note is dated wk33, but linked to wk 32 still. It's consistently stating the week ahead, but linking to the correct wk clicked

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Could you show your settings for the daily note calendar plugin? That way I can simulate your environment and find out what's happening with the weekly notes.

I'm not sure whether my issue is different so before I chance opening a redundant ticket, I will ask here in the hope that @bartkessels notices:

My issue is that my Periodic Notes' Weekly Notes Format syntax is the default gggg-[W]ww but if I specify either that or yyyy-[W]ww for the Weekly note name template in Daily notes calendar's options, clicking the week's number in the calendar creates a new note with that string literal instead of interpolating it according to convention.
