Weekly Notes Not Working

Periodic Notes' Weekly Notes Format syntax is the default gggg-[W]ww but if I specify either that or yyyy-[W]ww for the Weekly note name template in Daily notes calendar's options, clicking the week's number in the calendar creates a new note with that string literal instead of interpolating it according to convention.

Thanks for your feedback, I saw your comment in the other issue thread as well but I'm going to reply on this issue.

Do you want your name to be (for this week) 2026-W19? If so, you can use this syntax yyyy-'W'ww (using the ' single quotes to escape string literals). This is different from the rest of Obsidian because Obsidian uses a different date parsing library than this plugin (due to deprecations, I choose to go with another library). Hopefully this helps, if not feel free to let me know.
