Ability to Rename Default Columns

It would be great if we could rename the "Not Now" and "Maybe" default columns, as these might not make sense in the context of certain projects.

My current setup consists of just one main board with two columns: This Week and Next Week. Everything else goes into "Not Now". So the "Maybe" column is kinda redundant for me and I would love to have just "This Week" open.

Ideally, I would want to braindump all of my stuff into "Not Now" (hidden from view to reduce anxiety) and then move it to "This Week" or "Next Week" once a due date approaches.

Context: I work alone and don't manage other people, so I am trying out fizzy to braindump and triage every morning.
