container buildx_buildkit_kamal-local-docker-container0 running in the background

After we're running a Kamal deploy, there's a container buildx_buildkit_kamal-local-docker-container0 permanently running in the background afterwards.

I assume that this is basically this upstream issue.

However, I think that in the case of Kamal it would be possible to make it like:

1. check whether the buildkit container is running
2. run the Kamal commands
3. stop the buildkit containers in case they didn't run before

What do you think?
