Automating the MRSK setup steps with Terraform

Hey there,

I wrote a quick post on getting the demo setup in Digital Ocean via Terraform instead of through the web console if anyone is interested. The web console is a great way to get going and for some use cases might be all that's needed but I also wanted something that I could utilize with multiple projects by just updating some naming and running a Terraform plan.
