Integrating auto rotate for 2 in 1 Laptops

I just got automated screen rotation for my foldable Lenovo Yoga Laptop running using iio-hyprland and iio-sensor-proxy. It was a little annoying because of the .local omarchy files overwriting the .config changes.

I think these two packages and their configuration (which is one line of code) could easily be added to core omarchy making it more attractive for people using 2 in 1 laptops to get these working from scratch.
