Did anybody experience network issues with OpenAI? Which can be solved by Chromium flags

I had a problem with ChatGPT (image below), and the final solution was this:

echo '--disable-http2 --disable-quic' >> ~/.config/chromium-flags.conf

I’m just curious if it’s somehow related to my setup or if this fix can benefit others.

Never seen that before. Weird. Maybe some network or firewall issue on your end?

I thought the same at first, but it didn’t happen on any other device at home, and my setup was a fresh installation of Omarchy on a Framework 13. So I dug deeper - tested chatgpt on Firefox, and everything worked fine.
After further debugging, I discovered it's a bug in the new Chromium and disabling QUIC and HTTP/2 resolved the issue.

My original motivation was to fix this with a patch, assuming others were affected too.
But if it’s only happening to me, I’m happy with the workaround, and we can close it here.
