Urgent: Rollback protection for updates (PR #2982)

Hi team,

PR #2982 adds automatic rollback protection when an update fails or is interrupted. Currently, there are no safeguards for failed updates, which can leave machines unbootable.

This patch is critical to improve update stability:

• Handles failure scenarios like missing UKI files post-update.
• Restores snapshots automatically to ensure bootability.
• Ensures updates interrupted by Ctrl+C or terminal closures do not leave machines in a broken state.

A few weeks ago, I almost bricked my machine due to an interrupted update, and I’m sure others might face similar issues.

Prioritizing security and stability over less critical features would be ideal to ensure reliability of this awesome project.

Could someone look into merging this soon? This patch is important for improving update safety and reducing risks in production for everyone.
