Figma ctrl + \ not working to hide UI elements

What's wrong?

In Figma a commonly used shortcut is ctrl + \, this hides and shows the UI side panels so that you can have more space to work with.

In the Figma app in omarchy the ctrl + \ shortcut does not work.
