Why Super+W for killactive #991

On macOS W is for closing windows/tabs, and Q for quitting. There is a difference between the windows and the application. Not saying I like one over the other, just trying to clarify what macOS does. |

I find some apps are stubborn and refuse to close sometimes. I suggest an enhancement whereby Super + W closely apps the way Wayland does and Super + Q sends a kill -9 [app pid] or kill -19 [app pid] which no app can avoid. Thanks guys I figured with DHH coming from macsOS. I haven't had an app that the Wayland way (killactive) doesn't kill or at least I haven't noticed. I just kept hitting Q out of habit ... until I changed it. :) I didn't think this preference was worth a change request but if you want too.... I do think there is some danger of Omarchy consuming all the good SUPER + KEYs. |

I liked "close window" and it was familiar from macOS. Not deeper than that 😄 |

Where is SUPER+W defined? I don't see it defined in the .config/hypr/bindings.conf file |

Its the first line in: https://github.com/basecamp/omarchy/blob/master/default/hypr/bindings/tiling.conf I haven't looked at this project since I installed, its actually changed a lot. Mine was just in bindings.conf at one time. |

Not a issue, it's super easy to change, but why not use Super+Q for killactive instead of Super+W? Just seems so much more natural, and nvim like to use Q for quitting things. I am curious where W even came from, is it a macOS thing?
